- Download, install and launch Sync2PST on your PC.
- Open the first and second PST files. Click the Open PST 1 and search for your default PST file;
- Open/create the second shared PST file. Click the Open PST 2... and select location of your shared .PST file';
- Customize synchronization settings by clicking the "Settings";
- Click the Sync button and Sync your Outlook PST files.
Note: In just a few clicks, you can synchronize Outlook PST files you have selected one or both ways.
