The installation went smoothly. The interface is simple and clear, it is sufficient to indicate the paths of the two pst files (they will load automatically each time you start the software).You can select files to synchronize (or update one way) and check before synchronizing the items that will change (for a possible fix by hand). You can also choose to do it automatically and program schedules. I have no use, but there are also many advanced configuration options to adapt the software to its needs. This is exactly what I needed.

I think it was money well spent I will be claiming costs back from Microsoft, they might give me a years free subscription to Office 360!

Very helpful I will be trying out this product to make sure it is what we need. But from what i have gathered from support this is exactly what we need.
